Kaizen have needed to expand their phone system as they grow and relocate offices. They operate their business across Europe and the US, this created the requirement for employees to be able to work from anywhere.
Solution
Peter started off with 1 line when he initially started Kaizen. As Kaizen have grown, they have added more Vonage lines to their plan. The Vonage Mobile App is included on all plans and is an extension of your phone number which allows users to carry their Vonage number anywhere; from home, office and around the world. The world option on a call plan allows inclusive international calling to over 60 countries including US, many countries across Europe and and the World.
Results
Kaizen have been able to move and setup their Vonage phone system from ofice to office and add extra lines as the team grows with great ease. The Vonage Mobile App allows employees to work remotely and give their clients the same level of service from anywhere.
