Hold calls easily. All supported phones come with the ability to place a call on hold. Simply find the hold button on your desk phone and your caller will remain on the line.

When placing a caller on hold you can utilise Music on Hold or Call Queues to entertain and inform your caller until you are ready to resume the call.
