If you want to terminate your Vonage Service in full or in part you can do so either by telephoning us on 0207 993 9000 (or such other telephone number as may be posted on our web site from time to time) or by completing the Vonage Account Termination Web Form. For more information please see section 3 of our Vonage Business Phone System and Vonage Business Cloud Terms of Service.
You can choose to terminate immediately or on a date up to 30 days in advance. Early termination charges including other outstanding charges may be charged if you terminate before your contract Minimum Term has expired.
If you wish to port your number away from Vonage your Vonage Service must remain active until the number port is completed. You will lose your number if you terminate your Vonage Service before the port is completed.
